Refund policy: If a person who paid the full program fees and wants to cancel his/her registration, he/she is eligible for the refund as given below, provided they comply with the following conditions.
Eligibility:
1. Persons who registered and paid the full program fees with GST can only be eligible to ask for refund for the program fees.
2. The refund request should be submitted by the person who registered for the program, to Virutcham Academy for Social Changemakers LLP’s email “ask@ drnjeyaseelan.in.
3. They should indicate the reason for making the request for refund.
Refund amount:
1. If the refund request is received through email of Virutcham academy, 15 days before the scheduled program date, 100% of the program fee shall be refunded.
2. If the request is received 7 days before the scheduled program date, 50% of the program fee shall be refunded.
3. If the request is received within 7 days from the scheduled program date, no refund is eligible.
What is not covered in the Refund:
1. The program fee paid only be refunded as per the norms.
2. The GST paid will not be refunded.
Mode of Refund:
1. The person requesting for refund should furnish the full bank details to which the refund should be made. Name, Mobile no, Email, Bank Account no: Bank name, Type of a/c, IFSC code.
2. The refund will be done only through the bank account.
3. The refund for eligible cases will be made within 15 days of the receipt of the email.
