Dr. N. Jeyaseelan, practiced “Purpose Centred” approach in Microfinance for more than two decades and as he started focusing on the ” Purpose of Women Empowerment through entrepreneurship and microfinance” and started practicing ” Visioning” himself first and promoted ” Visioning” among rural poor women entrepreneurs, not only his life was transformed, but also he transformed several thousands of women entrepreneurs by enabling them to find their vision for their enterprises and motivated them to move forward to achieve their vision. This has made him launch this ” Virutcham Academy for Social Changemakers LLP” along with his wife J.Geetharani, as its Co-founder, to offer training programs focusing on Purpose & Vision, Persional Development and Leadership, Social Entrepreneurship, Women empowerment, Livelihood promotion, Microfinance, Community Based Institutions building and Strategic support to CEOs of NGOs, MFIs (Micro Finance Institutions) and Social businesses including FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations) / FPCs (Farmers Producer Companies). DR.JEY SCHOOL, a virtual school which offers the online programs (3G Program & other training programs) is managed by Virutcham Academy for Social Changemakers LLP.
