Mrs. J. Geetharani holds a Bachelor of Arts in English literature. She is passionate about telling the messages in simple story and dialogue format to Self Help Group (SHG) women. She has written the “MutraKutcheri” a series of articles for seven and half years, along with Dr.N.Jeyaseelan, in a monthly magazine “Mutram”, which reaches to around 600,000 SHG women families in Tamilnadu. These articles focused on sharing the successes and failures of the SHG women entrepreneurs and “Mutrakutcheri” article has been adjudged as the “Most Preferred article” by SHG women during an evaluation conducted by an external agency.
